About me
I am a third-year Ph.D. student at the David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo, advisored by Professor Jian Zhao.My research lies at the intersection of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). I aim to understand and develop novel AI models and design interactive tools to achieve Human-AI collaboration. I also conduct in-depth user studies to understand the pitfalls when human interacting with AI models.
I received my B.Eng. in Computer Engineer from Jilin University and M.Sc. degree in Information Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
